== Overview ==
Bevan buys nothing from players - he is sell-only, and says as much unprompted. Everything on his shelf is priced flat, one Trade Note per item regardless of what the item is normally worth, which is exactly what he means when he tells you the pricing "took me an afternoon and I have not regretted it since." He stands in the Marketplace's central travel alcove, near the [[Drift Network]] portal and the Town Network portal that the Deed-Counter [[Quest Stamps|Watari Jun]] keeps his ledger between.
