== Overview ==
Tobbin keeps the ledger on the four Rust-Seized Valves inside Rusting Door. He does not send you after a kill count - he sends you after the valves themselves, and marks each one off as it turns, in any order you like. Only once all four are open does he settle the ledger and pay out.

Tobbin tracks four valve-flags, one per Rust-Seized Valve inside [[Rusting Door]], and settles the ledger once all four have been forced within the same cycle.
