Tarnished Runt is a Light-weight Carenzi that packs the bottom hall of The Iron Sill.
The Runt is the smallest thing to have touched the iron and the most numerous by far. Barely marked, barely a threat, it makes up the bulk of the swarm that chokes the bottom floor. One is beneath notice; the point of the Runt is that it is never one. They are the reason a full clear of the Light hall is measured in the hundreds, and the reason nobody ever really clears it.
