A fellowship is a group of up to nine players who share combat XP and Luminance. DreamWeave keeps retail's fellowship mechanics and adjusts a few of the sharing rules to be friendlier to mixed-level play.
Sharing rules
- Even sharing — normally higher-level fellows take a larger cut. Even sharing (everyone splits equally) turns on when all fellows are level 50 or higher, or all within 5 levels of the leader. The level threshold is a server setting (
fellowship_even_share_level, default 50). - Kill-task credit is shared — by default, when any fellow makes a kill that counts toward a kill-task, every fellow gets credit, even those who don't personally hold the quest.
- Range — shared kills reach fellows within the normal fellowship range; an optional server setting can widen kill-task sharing to the whole landblock/dungeon.
Interactions
- The Offline Time Bonus is applied to your share after the fellowship split — it rewards you personally and is never diluted by the group.
