Doorheld Gauger are the heaviest hitters of the crew still holding Held Door, corrupted Meridian soldiers wearing the drained-out husk of their own issue.
They hit harder than the rest of their crew and take the body of the hall between the entrance and the dais, the ones you meet once you are already committed to the fight. Like the rest of the Doorheld they read as their own people rather than as invaders: near-black plate, the unit's filigree drained to a faint, dead blue glow. Whatever they were surveying for in spring, they are still driving forward like the job is unfinished.
