Patch 2026-07-23 - the Drift Network opens for business: two new dungeons, bigger fellowships, and shared Luminance. This is the first patch-notes page; it covers everything player-facing since 2026-07-20.
New content
- The Iron Sill - an anchor grind dungeon behind a pinned door in The Drift Network: three floors of Heavy, Medium, and Light encounter weight, a hardening boss, and per-hall kill tallies paid by Coriel the Anchor-Clerk. Built for characters of roughly level 80 and up.
- The Unanswered Rookery - the server's first open-air dungeon: a plateau in the Northern Manumet Plains where a displaced Siraluun flock nests on the spot its door closed behind it. Aun Tehaura the Drumspeaker pays a tally of fifteen. For characters of roughly level 20-25 and up.
- The Drift Network garrison - four Meridian soldiers now patrol the hall: two Sentinels, a Marksman, and a Warder. They talk, they watch, and they do not fight your battles.
/dn- a new recall command that carries you to The Drift Network from anywhere, in the style of the Marketplace recall.
Changes & tuning
- Fellowships hold twenty - the fellowship cap rises from nine to twenty. The group XP multiplier stops growing at nine members, so the extra seats are for playing together, not for out-earning smaller groups. See Fellowships.
- Luminance is shared like XP - a fellow's Luminance from kills now splits across the fellowship under the same rules as XP, including the group multiplier.
- Encounter weights - grind dungeons now declare Heavy, Medium, or Light halls: tougher-and-thinner against weaker-and-denser, tuned to earn at the same rate. See Encounter weights.
- Prismatic Tapers now stack to 10,000 and weigh almost nothing.
- Augmentation gems come around sooner - the blank augmentation gem cooldown drops from 6 days to 20 hours, and the Luminance-bought blank gem timer from 14 days to just under 7.
- Kill XP banding - monster kill XP across the Unbidden Doors arc was brought onto the server-wide XP band, so awards step up consistently with monster strength.
Fixes
- The Meridian's hall guards, briefly missing from The Drift Network, are back at their posts.
- Arriving in the Drift Network no longer drops you into the fountain.
- Boss "wounded" phases now trigger exactly once as each health threshold is crossed, even when a boss is burned down quickly.
